Jason Hutagalung1: Which do you prefer - whiskey or beer?

Riva Jawab: ANGGUR MERAH of course!! Everyone like it.
But if you asked that, i prefer choose whiskey

JH2: Hai, bisakah kamu menceritakan sejarah awal terbentuknya band kalian hingga sekarang? 

Jawab: Hai juga. Salam untuk kalian semua.Band Cosinuz terbentuk pada sekitar pertengahan tahun 2016. Sedangkan saya sendiri sebagai vocalist baru join bersama CosinuZ pada akhir tahun 2016. Karena kala itu saya sedang merasa jenuh ingin kembali bermain musik saat baru 6 bulan band saya sebelum nya yang bernama INVERT telah memutuskan untuk bubar. Kebetulan saya di ajak oleh mantan bassist Invert (Indra Kurnia, yang saat itu masih player Cosinuz) untuk join ke band ini. Pada tahun pertengahan 2018 saya sempat mengundurkan diri dari Cosinuz karena ada suatu kendala keluarga. Namun saya sempat beberapa kali membantu Cosinuz live perform sebagai additional player karena belum menemukan vocalist pengganti. Pada akhirnya pertengahan 2019 saya kembali menjadi player tetap Cosinuz hingga saat ini.

JH3: Bagaimana respon orang-orang dengan mini album/album/demo band Kamu?

Jawab: Saya pribadi mungkin merasa orang-orang sedikit demi sedikit mulai bisa menyambut musik kami dengan baik. Respons baik yang kami terima lebih banyak dari respons yang buruk. But it's okay, Kembali ke selera musik masing masing.

JH4: Band apa yang paling berpengaruh bagi Kalian dalam bermain musik?

Jawab: Untuk saya sendiri sangat banyak band yang mempengaruhi saya untul bermain musik. Untuk lebih spesifik nya Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Lamb Of God, Job for a cowboy, Chimaira, Whitechapel, Infant Annihilator, Suicide Silence, Analepsy, Dying fetus, Dan masih banyak lagi.

JH5: Apa rencana kedepan kalian bersama band?

Jawab: Rencana kami ingin segera merampungkan Album pertama kami, mungkin di lain waktu jika ada kesempatan kami berencana untuk tour album. Setelah itu kami akan mulai fokus memikirkan kembali album kedua kami. Mohon do'a nya dari teman teman pembaca untuk kelancaran nya.

JH6: Apakah lagu-lagu yang kalian buat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia?

Jawab: Hanya satu lagu yang murni berbahasa Inggris di album kami yaitu DEPRESSION SOUL. Untuk lagu yang lain lebih cenderung ke bahasa Indonesia karena terus terang saja kami merasa masih sangat butuh wawasan dan banyak belajar english spelling yang benar. Untuk menghindari RIP ENGLISH , yang saya yakin pasti akan di jadikan bahan tertawaan jika itu terjadi. Kami akan terus meng-improve kualitas bahasa kami dalam lirik lagu.

JH7: Apa yang kalian ceritakan dalam lirik-lirik yang kalian buat?

Jawab: Sebagian besar menceritakan tentang kritikan untuk oknum orang pemerintahan yang tak bertanggung jawab yang menyebabkan penderitaan pada masyarakat. Tapi lagi-lagi hanya DEPRESSION SOUL yang menjadi pembeda di album ini. Karena lagu ini merupakan tumpahan luapan emosi saya pribadi yang memuncak. Di lirik lagu ini saya menyimpan rasa yang kuat seakan-akan saya ingin melakukan itu semua pada mereka. Tapi saya hanya bisa melampiaskan nya lewat lirik, karena saya tak mau konyol di penjara karena melakukan penganiyayaan. Haha  Maka hanya ini yang bisa saya lakukan.  Saya rasa satu ini lebih ke psychopatic. Kejujuran yang ada di jiwa saya.

JH8: Mengapa kalian semua suka memainkan musik death-metal?

Jawab: Itu karena kami berusaha ingin menjadi pembeda. Maka dari itu kami mencampurkan beberapa genre pada musik kami, termasuk Death Metal itu sendiri. Karena prinsip kami apapun genre nya, yang penting bisa tetap bisa di nikmati di telinga. Apakah kami bisa di sebut dengan MIX METAL? 

JH9: Kapan pertama kali kamu menjadi fans band metal?

Jawab: Sekitar tahun 2007. Saat itu saya menyukai Avenged Sevenfold pada album City Of Evil, karena saya fans Avenged Sevenfold saya mulai mendengarkan album-album nya yang terdahulu seperti Sounding the 7th trumpet dan Waking The Fallen. Perlahan disitu mulai ada ketertarikan pada musik keras. Dan di perkuat lagi ketika saya mendengar lagu Sepultura dan Pantera. Akhir nya saya mulai meng-eksplor band band metal yang lain nya.

JH10: Apa yang Kamu katakan kepada orang-orang yang bertanya mengapa Kamu memainkan musik bergaya barat?

Jawab: Simple, karena kami ingin berusaha menjadi band go international. Karena menurut saya musik bergaya barat bersifat universal

JH11: Apakah para istri dan kekasih para personil kalian mendukung apa yang kalian kerjakan?

Jawab: Awal nya tidak, tapi saya memberi ketegasan pada Istri saya. "Jika kamu benar-benar mencintai ku, maka cintai lah apapun hobi ku. Khusus nya saat aku bermusik!"

JH12: Apakah hal-hal yang terbaik dan terburuk tentang komunitas di kota kalian?

Jawab: Mungkin urusan support. Ada yang benar benar mendukung kami, mungkin ada pula yang berusaha menjatuhkan kami dari belakang. Tapi tak apa, disini lah rintangan kami yang harus di lewati.

JH13: Ada pesan untuk kawan kawan?

Jawab: Teruslah jangan bosan untuk berkarya, kawan-kawan ku. Sem

OPINION: "Armstretch Records: Stop Bastardising Our Batak People's Art", by Jason Xenophobic, 23/11/16

To Armstretch Records: please review your artwork! As a Batak person I am deeply offended by your bastardization of our people's art. Listed below are the problems I have with your 'representation' of Batak art:

Jason Xenophobic (Xenophobic Records)

1) Your Tungkot Panaluan is not in the least bit Batak, but actually a cropping of the Tiki from French Polynesia/Hawaii/Maori/Guam;

2) You used our three sacred colours - red,white and black on this "Tiki" when is supposed to be used for the actual Batak Tunkot which is the representation of a large male figure riding a beast (horse or Singha). The make rider is usually alone as opposed to sitting on another human figure as is the Tiki you have used;

3) The King of Sisingamangaraja ... Is a sacred figure - respected, loved and revered by our people, and is considered a patron for our tribe. Therefore, to represent him as an evil or beastly figure is very disrespectful and a violation of Batak art, ritual and tradition. 

Your artwork is misleading and, especially considering that you intend to mass produce this for commercial use, this is of significant concern. As such I am asking that any reproduction of this artwork to date be destroyed and no further reproductions be made. If you cannot agree to this I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

CLARIFICATION OF GRAUSIG’S PERFORMANCE CANCELLATION: THE SOUL OF STEEL STAGE, HAMMERSONIC

17/04/2016 

“On Wednesday 13 April, 2016 we, Grausig, received an invitation to attend the ‘technical meeting’ in the Hammersonic Office in order to discuss all matters relating directly to the technical set-up for the stage, event acts, equipment list, ID passes for band personnel and production teams, and the provision of fee deposits as to be received directly by Grausig’s manager. During the meeting it was conveyed that there would be two Drum-Set risers which would be available for use, free of charge, for all bands - including Grausig - playing on the Soul of Steel Stage.
 

On the day of Hammersonic, after unloading all the equipment, we made enquiries to the promoting team in regards to our setting up the Drum-Set on one of the nearby unused risers, as per our agreement at the aforementioned technical meeting. It was at this point that we were informed by the promoting team and the Soul of Steel Stage Floor Manager that Grausig were not permitted to use the riser as both risers were strictly reserved for exclusive use by the bands Burgerkill and Hellcrust. Despite there being five to six bands playing after Grausig’s scheduled set, and before Hellcrust and Burgerkill, and despite reminders of previous agreements between the band and the promoters, Grausig were prevented from using a riser. It was further asserted by the promoting team and the Floor Manager that only bands who had brand endorsements were permitted to use the risers, a fact that had not been discussed at the technical meeting and as such was not a part of the original agreement which ensured all bands on the Soul of Steel Stage usage of the risers. 

As the terms of the agreement between Grausig and the promoters had been compromised, it was with much regret that Grausig cancelled their performance on the Soul of Steel Stage at Hammersonic 2016, returning the appearance fee to the promoters before leaving the venue. 

Grausig does not intend this statement to discredit or marginalize certain parties involved, but hopes merely to provide clarification regarding the band’s decision to withdraw from the festival. YOU ARE A FUNNY *KENT*! By Jason Xenophobic

(*KENT is an Australian slang word used in replacement of the more crude word “cunt”. The word kent is often used among friends as a very Australian term of endearment, but also can be used as a most severe insult. The literal meaning of the word cunt refers to the female genitalia.)

You are a funny kent mate! So much so that I have to have a little chuckle. But honestly, I have to ask, who the fuck do you think you are? I have reminded you on numerous occasions not to shoot yourself in the foot when you are feeling as high as the moon - a superstar in your own head! Yes, that’s right, in YOUR OWN head! Sorry, please excuse me, I have to stop again to laugh at you.

So you’re only bringing a knife to a gun fight? I’m feeling like we’re in a spaghetti western here, and unfortunately you ain’t no Clint Eastwood. You’re just another bitch ass who happens to play guitar, coasting on your fame from SIKSAKUBUR! Without that mate, you are a nobody - a no-name face in the crowd.

As a personality within the music industry it is the public’s right, and my right, to critique your music abilities and accomplishments as a band. The same way that people critique art, drama and all the performing and creative arts. It is your responsibility as musician to take criticisms on the chin and either ignore them, or use them to better yourself as an artist. But you, however, not only winged like a little bitch, but you also crossed the line and made it personal. Trying to use tattooing against me? You don’t know shit! As far as I know - and it is something that I do have considerable knowledge about - I was the first Indonesian person to be awarded a certificate from the PTAA (Professional Tattoo Association of Australia) - as I was informed personally by the association - and have also received qualifications from Queensland University Australia, as well as certificates from the New South Wales Victoria and Western Australian of health departments . For a Batak boy from a small village in North Sumatra I consider this to be quite an accomplishment. Aside from these personal achievements I have also dedicated my time to helping my fellow Indonesia tattooists, including my sponsorship of Master Gede Supala Shotonk (who at the time was President of BTAC) to attend the Melbourne Tattoo festival. It was from this venture that Shotonk took the knowledge of infection control and hygienic standards to help progress the Indonesian tattoo industry in order to meet contemporary international tattoo practice standards. Furthermore, I was the first Indonesian person who was able to open my own tattoo studio in Australia despite frequent threats to my life because that’s just how the industry is over here! Well, that’s enough bragging about myself I should think - but remember this, I’ve been doing this shit for 3 decades so you got a long way to go boy before you can even think about throwing your insults at me.

So this is where I am quite amused! You think you can turn me against my fellow tattoo artists? Well, sorry kent, but I’m not like you, so quick to turn your back on those who were once your mates and fellow musicians - the ones who made you who you claim to be today! You have proven once that you don’t have the nerve to be upfront and honest with people, to deal with situations like a man, but rather you have shown the world how deceitful you are - bitching to the media about how “hard done by” you have been and attacking people on a personal level, just like what you are trying to do now.

And it’s a funny thing - I don’t have that jealous streak that your small, narrow mind is imagining I have. I applaud the people in my industry who stand out, who succeed, and who are talented at what they do - I don’t have what they call in Australia the ‘tall poppy syndrome” (you think you can converse in English, then look that phrase up so you don’t get offended the next time someone uses a common saying when communicating with you). I worship the Indonesian tattoo artists in Indonesia so much so that secretly I created the media site INDONESIAN TATTOO ART AND RITUAL WORLDWIDE in order to promote and celebrate the Indonesian artists and encourage the world to take notice of the unique talent that Indonesia has to offer. This is a representation of my pride and respect for my fellow artists, as opposed to me being bitter and spiteful such as yourself.

So again I must ask, who the fuck do you think you are? Yes, I critiqued the integrity and the musical ability of your band. Yes I questioned the appropriateness of the accolades been awarded Hellcrust by Hammersonic as I justifiably believe that such praise is undue. Album of the Year? Kalamaut has been out for a mere 3 months so forgive me for assuming this to be a extremely biased publicity stunt pulled by Hammersonic in order to serve their own interests as opposed to being an objective decision based purely on the merits of the album and a reflection of the people’s choice (but please don’t interpret this as my way to attack Hammersonic, as admittedly I believe they have done a good job for the last couple of years despite all the surrounding drama). This work of yours, in my humble opinion, is average and underserving of the hype that you have tried to create. The drama surrounding it is just that - drama! It is a gross over dramatisation which disappointed on every level. But hey, that’s just my opinion. What do I know? When there are so many Indonesian bands that eat, breathe and shit metal I know I am justified in criticising an industry that is so obviously favouring the very small minority - whether they have talent or not - at the expense of and to the detriment of the whole metal scene.

So if you want to be a rockstar mate - with your custom guitars (which you still cannot use to create any memorable piece of music) and “friends” in high places - then how about you try growing a pair and harden the fuck up! This is my last word on the matter, I will provide no further comment [by Jason Xenophobic and used here with his kind permission, 22/4/2016].

KLARIFIKASI PEMBATALAN PENTAS “GRAUSIG” DI SOUL OF STEEL STAGE HAMMERSONIC

"Secara singkat berawal dari Hari Rabu 13 April 2016 lalu, pihak GrausiG mendapat undangan untuk menghadiri kegiatan “Technical Meeting” di kantor Revision Live di daerah H. Nawi Radio Dalam selaku promotor dari Hammersonic untuk membahas segala hal yang berkaitan langsung dengan teknis pelaksanaan pentas seperti rundown acara, equipment list, pemberian pass-id bagi seluruh personil & team produksi band, serta pemberian fee di muka yang diterima oleh Manager GrausiG langsung. Saat pelaksanaan Technical Meeting seperti biasa pihak GrausiG Official mengutus Sdr. Hendrik selaku Manager dan Sdr. Mame selaku Head of Production Team dari GrausiG. Di saat pertemuan hadir dari pihak Revison Sdr. KS dan Sdr. KB yang juga dihadiri oleh beberapa perwakilan dari rekan band lain.

Pertemuan berlangsung tanpa suatu kendala apapun, pihak Revision memberikan rundown acara, site map, equipment beserta channel list yang dipakai pada pelaksanaan di hari H nanti dan Fee/Honor sesuai kesepakatan untuk GrausiG, hingga Sdr. Hendrik selaku Manager GrausiG mengajukan pertanyaan yang bersifat teknis tentang equipment “apakah diperkenankan bagi GrausiG membawa equipment/alat sendiri yaitu Drum-Set” dijawab oleh salah satu perwakilan Revison Live bahwa saat itu juga akan dipertemukan dengan yang berwenang mengurus soal itu, maka dipertemukanlah Sdr. Hendrik dan Sdr. Mame dengan Sdr. Glenn yang merupakan Floor Manager dari Soul Of Steel Stage, disampaikannya bahwa ada 2 (dua) risers atau dengan kata lain drum stage/drum level, 1 (satu) riser dipakai untuk Drum-Set bawaan pihak sound system (drum-set yang disediakan oleh promotor), dan 1 (satu) riser lainnya “bebas” digunakan oleh band yang membawa Drum-Set sendiri, malah Sdr. Glenn mempersilahkan dan menganjurkan bagi band yang mempunyai equipment sendiri (bahkan selain Drum-Set) untuk membawa dan menggunakannya di saat pentas di hari H nanti. Dengan berbekal pernyataan tersebut berarti “terjawab” perihal diperbolehkan/tidak diperbolehkannya membawa Drum_set sendiri, akhirnya Sdr. Hendrik dan Sdr. Mame meinggalkan ruangan selanjutnya meninggalkan kantor Revison Live pada sore itu.

Hari-H 17 April 2016 seluruh personil dan seluruh team produksi GrausiG tiba di venue (Econvention Hall-Ecopark Ancol), team produksi langsung Load-Out semua Equipment dari dalam mobil langsung Load-In ke dalam venue, ketika Sdr. Roy (Teknisi Drum) bertanya kepada salah satu team dari promotor yang berada di venue perihal riser yang kosong untuk mulai untuk set-up Drum GrausiG tiba-tiba dicegah dengan keras, terjadi argument pelarangan tersebut, disusul dengan pemanggilan Sdr. Glenn sekalu Floor Manager dari Soul Of Stage, untuk meminta konfirmasi/izin perihal hal tersebut, yang terjadi ternyata di luar dugaan Sdr. Glenn pun ikut mencegah bahkan melarang kepada pihak GrausiG untuk memakai riser yang kosong tersebut dengan alas an riser tersebut khusus dipakai hanya untuk band HC dan BK tanpa terkecuali (sebagain catatan jadwal perform GrausiG yang tertera di rundown berjarak sekitar 5-6 band sesudahnya, WTF?@?$???..............pernyataan/statement yang berbeda saat Technical Meeting dengan pernyataan/statement di hari-H, adu argumentasi terjadi tetapi apa daya GrausiG hanya band “pelengkap” sebagi performer hari itu statusnya mungkin, yang tidak akan digubris argumentasinya, bahkan sempat terlontar pertanyaan dari mulut Sdr. Glenn “apa GrausiG di endorse??” bisa disimpulkan dari pertanyaan tersebut bahwa yang berhak membawa equipment termasuk Drum-Set di dalamnya adalah “hanya” musisi yang mendapat endors/sebagai endorser suatu brand tertentu, dan musisi yang memang mempunyai equipment pribadi sebagai penunjang kualitas performance suatu band ternyata “DILARANG” dibawa di saat pentas.

Akhirnya untuk menyudahi adu argumentasi tersebut pihak GrausiG official memutuskan untuk “membatalkan/cancel” perform di Soul Of Stell Stage Hammersonic 2016 ini, serta mengembalikan secara utuh Fee/Honor yang diberikan oleh pihak promotor kepada pihak promotor kembali melalu Sdr. KB secara langsung.

Demikian klarifikasi ini dikeluarkan oleh pihak GrausiG official melalui GrausiG Ofiicial Page bukan untuk mendiskreditkan maupun menyudutkan pihak tertentu yang terkait, hanya sekedar memberikan “jawaban” atas banyaknya pertanyaan teman-teman semua melalui media social GrausiG Official, akun pribadi para personil serta team produksi GrausiG.

Jason H: Hi how are you, any chance I can throw a few small questions at you if it's no inconvenience?

1 Which do you prefer - whiskey or beer? Beer.

2 What's your view on marijuana? Should it be legalised or not? I don t know, no big deal if it is or not.

3. What is the reasoning behind your opinion? Because I am not a connoisseur of marijuana.

4 Favourite metal show you attend? Virtually all musical events I attended are memorable. It’s difficult to choose which is the most memorable.

5 Who is your favourite non Metal singer? Iwan Fals.

6 And who is your favourite non Metal Band? Pink Floyd.

8 If it's not too personal for me to ask, are you religious? Yes.

9 What do you think of the metal situation ATM? Metal now, I think, is in a good place, although I think it did flatline at the end of the '90s. This is what I felt anyway in my city of Yogyakarta.

10 Do you believe anyone can ever be too old to play metal? Will you ever be too old for metal? Until now I had never felt old in this music. There are some people who may feel they are too old and legitimately so. I believe this because some of those people are around me.

11 Have you ever hooked up with your fans? Not fans, rather a friend. I am happy and they often meet for a chat or a cup of coffee.

12 If you could be reincarnated what or who would you like to come back as? Nothing, I don’t believe in reincarnation.

13 Would you like to come back at all? I am quite happy to be myself like this.

JASON HUTAGALUNG :

1Hai SABOR, bisakah kamu menceritakan sejarah awal terbentuknya band kalian hingga sekarang?

S.A.B.O.R terbentuk 13 Oktober 2004 di Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat, awal mulanya hanya band sekolahaan yang mempunyai impian yang besar untuk tampil di acara-acara kampus,tetapi setelah semua berjalan akhirnya S.A.B.O.R memutuskan untuk membawakan karya sendiri, yang berawal dari chibob (gitar) raja (drum) aduy (bass) Ezy (vokal) formasi 2004.

Pada tahun 2006 S.A.B.O.R pun mengeluarkan mini album Riwayat Laknat + mengikuti kompilasi Sound Of Color (Wanita Pembunuh) yang terdapat Band-band seperti Purgatory dll. Dengan Formasi Kuncrut (gitar) Dolly (Gitar) raja (drum) Yeba (bass) Chibob (vokal).

Pada tahun 2008 masuk kembali album kompilasi Fussion Of Soul (Last Chapter). Setelah perombakan yang panjang dan jenuh dengan berjalan tanpa karya (Album) maka pada akhirnya S.A.B.O.R bersikeras untuk full album di tahun 2015 dengan formasi berbeda Degen (vokal) Vurkon (vokal) Chibob (gitar) Force (gitar) Kuncrud (Bass) Angga (Drum) dengan Label Predator Production.

Nama S.A.B.O.R diambil dari sebuah film Tarzan kartun, terdapat tokoh Jaguar (sabor) yang niatnya untuk mendapatkan nyawa tarzan yang berujung kematian, nama S.A.B.O.R diambil karena niat dan ambisinya tokoh Jaguar (sabor) di film Tarzan kartun, Respon pendengar musik Underground sangatlah positive malah menunggu S.A.B.O.R dengan formasi baru untuk mengeluarkan Full Album, walau pun ada segelintir orang yg tidak berminat karena S.A.B.O.R memakai topeng,tetapi itulah alasan S.A.B.O.R untuk memakai Topeng, Karena biar karyanya aja di kenal, Manusia nya cukup main musik aja.

JH2: Bagaimana respon orang-orang dengan mini album/album/demo band Kamu?

Respon nya beragam ada yg suka dan ada yg masih kurang puas dengan album terbaru sabor.

JH3: Band apa yang paling berpengaruh bagi Kalian dalam bermain musik?

Band seperti System Of A down, Slipknot, Mudvayne, limbizkit menjadi band contekan sabor.

JH4: Apa rencana kedepan kalian bersama band?

Kedepan nya membuat karya terbaru lagi dan lagi dan ingin tampil di acara yg belum pernah di coba.

JH5: Apakah lagu-lagu yang kalian buat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia.

Iya ada lagu bahasa indonesia dan bahasa inggris.

JH6: Apa yang kalian ceritakan dalam lirik-lirik yang kalian buat?

Lirik nya menceritakan tentang kehidupan sehari2 untuk tetap berkarya dan sosialitas.

JH7: Mengapa kalian semua suka memainkan musik -metal?

Karna musik metal memawakili nafas pemberontakan kami lewat syair2 yang kami buat.

JH8: Kapan pertama kali kamu menjadi fans band metal?

Mungkin saat Sekolah Dasar.

JH9: Apa yang Kamu katakan kepada orang-orang yang bertanya mengapa Kamu memainkan musik bergaya barat?

Ya kami suka ya kami lakukan selama kami tidak menggangu personal mereka,,jangan kan budaya barat, bila ada nada budaya timur pun akan kami lakukan untuk tetap berkarya.

JH10: Apakah para istri dan kekasih para personil kalian mendukung apa yang kalian kerjakan?

Selama ini masih mendukung...dan biasa nya yg tidak mendukung para kekasih pun mundur teratur.

JH11: Apakah hal-hal yang terbaik dan terburuk tentang komunitas di kota kalian?

Hal yg terbaik selalu tetap eksis dan selalu membuat event tahunan yg berbeda...hal terburuk nya adalah kadang komunitas jarang membayar band yg tampil.

JH12: Rencana apa yang kalian buat bersama band untuk kedepannya?

Rencana kedepan nya akan membuat album terbaru dan ingin tampil di acara yg lebih bergengsi dan profesional di acara monster of legend #8 2014 atmosfir penonton nya masih terasa hingga saat ini.

JH13: Di acara apa kalian merasakan, itu stage yang berkesan?

Di acara Monster of Legend #8 2014 atmosfir penonton nya masih terasa hingga saat ini.

JH14: Ada pesan untuk kawan kawan?

Tetap berkarya dan tetap konsisten di jalur jangan lupa berdoa.

We often know very little about the musicians that make up the metal scene. So think of these questions as taking you 13 Steps closer to knowing the heart and soul of metal musicians - what’s inside their head and what makes them tick. Enjoy \m/

Jason H: Hi how are you, any chance I throw a few small questions at you if it's no inconvenience? Hi, all good here. No worries mate, and sorry for the late reply.

Jason H: 1 Which do you prefer - whiskey or beer? That's quite easy, beer. Easy to answer, easy to drink and easy to get.

2 What's your view on marijuana? Should it be legalized or not? Maybe, it should be legalized.

3. What is the reasoning behind your opinion? It's very interesting, but honestly I don't really care since I'm not using it. I understand that many of our friends are very concerned about this issue, based on my experiences that I'm more comfortable with those who get high with this kind of herbs instead of those who use chemical drugs.

4 Most memorable music show you attend? So far, still hasn't moved on yet from Bandung Death Fest Chapter 1-2 and Chapter 4. (It's a local Bandung music festival with performances by talented and potential Death Metal Bands.)

5 Who is your favorite non Metal singer? Steven Tyler.

6 And who is your favorite non Metal Band? AC/DC.

7 If you could perform anywhere in the world where would it be? Europe would be so exciting, especially Germany.

8 If it's not too personal for me to ask, are you religious? Sort of, not kind of that particular religious, but I'm very open minded.

9 What do you think of the metal situation ATM? To be honest, this metal scene grows fast and spread like virus, especially in our hometown Bandung. Hundreds even thousands of metal bands and musicians live here. However, the competition is getting harder. Those who keep making good damn music will survive, the rest will vanished. Even though, it is still growing up until now.

10 Do you believe anyone can ever be too old to play metal? Will you ever be too old for metal? "Too old for metal?" What kind of people would believe such a foolish statement? LOL. We believe there's no limitation to express our creativity unless you're a dead person. There's no one called a seasonal metal fan or seasonal metal band. A true metal fan/musician will keep playing until your body tells you to stop, means you'll play until you die.

11 Have you ever hooked up with your fans? Several times, and it escalated a long time ago.

12 If you could be reincarnated what or who would you like to come back as?Zeus.

13 would you like to come back at all? Of course not.
